Name: Elevator 3D door sensor
The modular design of 3D system means that current door safe guarding carried out by only a light curtain system can be inexpensively upgraded to a 3D system.
Parted- 3D fixed in the empty place between car door and portal crane. For the middle open Portal crane, 3D should be installed in the middle of Car Door, For side opening Portal Crane, 3D should be installed in the no activity side. When closing the door, no collision should be made with 3D sensor.
Bridging of the 3D sensor is necessary once the doors reach a predefined state of closure so that the door panels do not trigger the 3D sensor, and therefore the elevator doors do not continuously re-open. If the bypass switch is used, bridging muststart earlier.
The use of a Bistable Magnetic Reed Switch is necessary to bypass the 3D sensor when the door is closing. The sensor should be mounted on the backside of the cab transom so as not to interfere with the function of the elevator. The magnet to switch the sensor must be mounted on the door panel.
The special power box for 3D system must be used. All the 2D door detector, the 3D sensor, and bypass switch can be connected to the 3D power box. For more information. See "3D user manual". Please!
